The FD-335 is a conveyor fed system that includes a separate high-speed shredder and blower that fills a bag/silo with large quantities of shredded foam. The shredded foam then gravity feeds into a high-volume melt unit. This system is capable of processing up to 550 lbs. of loose foam per hour. The FD-335 densifies expanded polystyrene (EPS), expanded polyethylene (EPE) and expanded polypropylene (EPP). All FD Series foam densifiers have passed rigorous air quality testing for health and environmental safety.
