The FD-2000 is one of our cold compaction densifiers. It is a hand fed unit capable of processing up to 200 lbs. of EPS per hour. The FD-2000 shreds loose foam and shuttles it into a compaction chamber via an auger. The material is then compacted into block form easily stackable on a pallet and ready to be picked up by a recycler. The FD-2000 densifies expanded polystyrene (EPS) and polyisocyanurate (PIR). All FD Series foam densifiers have passed rigorous air quality testing for health and environmental safety.
