The FD-25 is one of our original and most popular densifiers. It is a hand-fed machine that processes foam through a process of shredding while adding heat to densify and extrude densified purge blocks which become the final recyclable product. The FD-25 densifies expanded polystyrene (EPS), expanded polyethylene (EPE) and expanded polypropylene (EPP). All FD Series foam densifiers have passed rigorous air quality testing for health and environmental safety.
